Welcome to the ROOT6 Technology Support area.

Customers with a valid support contract can access our knowledgebase and view their support history by using the Log-In tool to the left.  Please contact your local reseller or our support team at support@root6technology.com to request an account or for any other support queries.

Latest Version

v2.5

We are now shipping v2.5. To find out what's new please read the release notes

To update your system please follow these instructions:

  1. Make sure you are running ContentAgent V2.4.5.49 (this is required to see and allow the update to V2.5). If you are not, please download it using the same update mechanism specified below. When you are running 2.4.5.49, continue with the instructions below to update to the latest version of V2.5
  2. Go to Settings Tab and Click on Software Version within the ContentAgent software, download the V2.5 files that are available. These will be the current latest build, associated filter pack and system templates
  3. Once download, Go to the store tab and navigate to the ContentAgentUpdates folder
  4. 'Play' the system templates update
  5. 'Play' the filter pack update, the software will restart
  6. 'Play' the ContentAgent V2.5 build update , the software will restart
  7. The software will prompt you to log back in again after the build update. The default login is e-mail: user password: user

The ContentAgent V2.5 software will now be ready to use.
