Universal content repurposing, management and distribution platform now integrated with Cerify, the leading file-based content QC system from Tektronix.
ContentAgent from ROOT6 Technology will be seen at IBC running the latest software, enabling the popular transcoding management platform to now be fully integrated with Cerify, the fully automated system for verifying/checking file-based content prior to transmission or digital delivery.

"As the industry migrates to file-based working, the validation of content at every stage of the post and broadcast chain is a time-consuming and error-prone process. The ability to include Tektronix QC within a completely automated workflow significantly improves cost effectiveness and efficiency".
Using ContentAgent’s workflow designer, multiple watch folders may easily be created for files requiring validation. Once created, such workflows are infinitely repeatable and operation has been designed for the non-technical.
Available as an optional plug-in for ContentAgent, Cerify is designed to have particular appeal in broadcast applications. Audio and video may be checked after encoding, at ingest, after editing, after transcoding, and before playout for terrestrial, satellite, cable, internet, and video-on-demand content.
