Another busy year for ROOT6 Technology at IBC. Thanks to everyone who stopped by our stand, our biggest yet and still packed out almost non-stop throughout the week.

ContentCentral, the job distribution server, intelligently manages the parallel processing of multiple tasks across JobAgents – low cost render accelerators. The system is fully scalable and extremely cost-effective in heavy-duty transcode environments.
ContentCentral may be monitored and controlled remotely if required, using a new browser with a Silverlight interface.
The latest version of ContentAgent provides an end-to-end automated digital dailies workflow solution, including the authoring, printing and duplication of Blu-ray discs.
An important new feature ‘DVD Select’ further streamlines the process, using filters to read associated clip metadata and automatically create disc menus by assigned parameters such as scene number, circle takes etc.
The next version of ContentAgent, v3.0 is now integrated with Cerify, the leading file-based content QC system from Tektronix.
Available as an optional plug-in, Cerify is designed to have particular appeal in broadcast applications. Audio and video may be checked after encoding, at ingest, after editing, after transcoding, and before playout for terrestrial, satellite, cable, internet, and video-on-demand content.
